Your Alphaeon Credit account is serviced by Comenity Capital Bank, so every payment, login, and statement runs through Comenity's Account Center — not through your doctor's office. This guide covers exactly how to make an the account payment online, by phone, by mail, or with EasyPay, how to set up autopay correctly, and the customer service numbers you may need.
How to Log In to Your Alphaeon Credit Account
The program account access is handled through the Comenity Capital Bank Account Center. Within about 24 hours of approval you can create your online login using the personal details from your application — you do not need to wait for the physical card to arrive.
- Go to the Comenity Capital Bank this financing Account Center and select "Register / Sign Up."
- Verify your identity with your account number, the last four digits of your SSN, and your ZIP code.
- Create a username and password, then set your communication and paperless-statement preferences.
Once registered, the Account Center shows your current balance, available credit, statement, and — most importantly — the promotional period end date for each purchase.
4 Ways to Make an Alphaeon Credit Payment
There are four ways to pay your bill. All four ultimately post to your Comenity account.
- Online (Account Center): Log in, choose "Payments," then set the amount, date, and funding bank account. This is the fastest and lowest-risk method.
- EasyPay: Comenity's EasyPay feature lets you make a one-time payment without logging in, using your account number and a checking account. Useful if you have forgotten your password near a due date.
- By phone: Call Customer Care to pay by phone. Note that same-day phone payments may carry an additional fee, so pay a day or two ahead when possible.
- By mail: Mail a check to the payment address printed on your monthly statement. Allow 7–10 days for delivery and posting so you do not miss the due date.
How to Set Up Autopay the Right Way
Autopay is the single most important step for using it safely, because it protects you from the deferred-interest trap. The catch: the default minimum payment is calculated to leave a balance, which can trigger retroactive interest if anything remains after your promotional window ends.
Set autopay to the payoff amount, not the minimum. Divide your total balance by the number of promotional months and schedule that exact figure. A $4,800 balance on a 12-month plan means $400 per month — not the smaller minimum the statement suggests. This guarantees the balance reaches zero before deferred interest can apply.
Billing Cycle and Due Dates
You will not receive a bill until after your first purchase posts. After that, statements are generated on or around the 24th of each month, with the payment due date printed on each statement. Because the billing date can fall on weekends or holidays, schedule online payments at least two business days early to ensure on-time posting.
