Know Your Procedure Cost Estimate
Request a written cost estimate from your provider before applying. This serves two purposes: it tells you how much credit you need to request, and it lets you calculate the monthly payment required to pay off the balance before your promotional period ends. The formula is simple — total cost divided by promotional months equals your required monthly payment. Make sure this payment fits your budget before proceeding.
Understand Deferred Interest Before You Sign
Alphaeon's 0% APR promotional financing uses a deferred interest model. This means interest accrues on your balance throughout the promotional period but is completely waived if you pay the full balance by the end date. If any balance remains when the promotional period expires, the entire accrued interest from day one is charged retroactively. Setting up autopay for the full payoff amount — not just the minimum payment — is essential to avoiding this outcome.

- Social Security Number (SSN) for identity verification and credit check
- Annual gross household income (include all sources: employment, self-employment, investments)

The initial pre-qualification step only uses a soft credit inquiry — no impact to your credit score. A hard inquiry only occurs when you formally accept and complete the full credit account application after pre-qualification.
